To become a partner of the Healthy Arteries Campaign, please apply by submitting the form below and paying a one-time partnership fee amounting 3.750 EUR (without VAT).
With the one-time fee, partner covers the licence to use Healthy Arteries graphic identity, website set up, localization of materials and the support of a Healthy Arteries Project Manager who will help you set up the campaign in your country.
Your contribution helps expand and advance each of the many facets that make up our campaign.
In order to expand our network of partners, we decided to cover 50 % of the one-time partnership fee for every partner that joins before the end of 2019!
